Hi, I’m Tiffany Brillard, a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI and Product Designer with over 7 years of experience working as a freelancer in mobile app design, SaaS software, and website development. Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated across various industries including aerospace, education, healthcare, and manufacturing. My adaptability enables me to quickly understand and effectively address client and user needs.
I follow a structured design process which includes user search, creation of user journeys with customers, design of interface structures using wireframes, implementation of UI kits, and creation of graphic universes. I am currently working as a UX/UI designer consultant for Digitail 8 agency in Brisbane on diverse projects.

Mission: The Air France employees responsible for handling aircraft on the tarmac used multiple tools daily. In an effort to optimize and simplify their work, the Astrid project aims to be the sole tool supporting them in their daily tasks.
I contributed to the design of this specialized software.
Keys achievements:
Analysis of the existing tool: The tool was created in the 1980s without any consideration for the user (complex navigation, lack of patterns, complicated forms…).
Gathering requirements from users through workshops: I was able to interview various employees in their work environment, observe their technical constraints (such as monitoring multiple screens constantly, working day and night shifts…), and understand their needs and expectations.
Identifying use cases with the Product Owner
Creating user flows
Designing various screens
Conducting user testing and iteration
After more than two years of work, the software was successfully deployed in all airports.
Mission: Edidact offers an educational platform that allows students aged 3 to 14 to review all their subjects independently and in a fun way.
The Edidact teams spent a lot of time following up with people who had started their onboarding process. The conversion rate via the website was very low but improved significantly after phone calls.
They received several feedbacks from customers regarding the platform’s usability. Users found it difficult to navigate and use. Children were using the application but would abandon it after a few days.
Keys achievements:
Significant increase in conversion rate during onboarding
Continuous growth in incoming leads
Strong increase in retention rate due to the implementation of gamification
Optimization of the user experience for the SaaS tool and creation of the mobile application Creation of a visual identity that aligns with the target audience
Mission: Linkeys is a Swiss referral platform. It was acquired by a French HR group in 2021. There were many design issues. Additionally, the development team that coded version 1 used a specific language that was not used in France, requiring a complete redo!
There were two major business challenges:
Increasing the platform’s usage rate
Creating and selling the platform under a white-label brand
Keys achievements:
Increase in the number of job listings on the platform
Increase in the number of applications per job listing
Increase in the number of daily users
Implementation of a voting system for selecting future features
Sale of several white-label versions after the redesign
Implementation of design patterns and harmonization of the design across the entire platform through a UI kit
Mission: Umlaut was commissioned by Airbus to create software that would allow aircraft designers to quickly find documentation to assist them in their work.
Keys achievements:
Gathering requirements from users
Designing a knowledge graph type software
Identifying key filters
Facilitating workshops with client teams to present our ideas and iterate
Mission: In 2023, Qantis launched its marketplace dedicated to its members (mainly construction professionals) but quickly realized that these members were unable to connect to the platform. The member service received numerous calls and emails on this subject. The marketplace was little or not used, there were navigation problems. They noticed a very low conversion rate and a high cart abandonment rate.
Keys achievements:
Creation of over 7,000 member accounts after the redesign (client-set goal) Significant reduction in calls regarding account creation
Increase in conversion rate
Decrease in abandonment rate
Implementation of new features identified during user interviews, such as the option to get a quote for purchasing a commercial vehicle
Training of internal project managers in UX/UI
Mission: Plugandwork is a document storage solution for businesses. They have received a lot of negative feedback from users and are aware of the weaknesses in their tool. They want to address these issues to satisfy their current clients and capture new market share, particularly by integrating AI.
Keys achievements:
Analysis of the existing tool and proposal of improvement areas Facilitating a workshop to identify the different user journeys for the tool Designing various screens with the implementation of a UI kit and patterns Creating the visual identity
Designing the mobile application
