Designed a modular web scraping system using Playwright and Python, achieving faster throughput across automated workflows for high-security websites. Built containerized microservices with Django and FastAPI; deployed via Azure Container Apps. Led cloud architecture planning for a hosted scraping platform (frontend: React + Tailwind CSS; backend, API gateways, Redis caching, CI/CD). Implemented CAPTCHA solving and bot-detection bypass strategies; engineered Redis Queue-based asynchronous pipelines and WebSocket notifications. Developed a data preprocessing pipeline (YOLO) for traffic videos and dataset annotation tooling; created dataset indexing and querying tools for annotators; integrated OCR-based data extraction from unstructured documents. Deployed backend/frontend services on Linux, managed reverse proxying, SSL, and static delivery; automated CI/CD with GitHub Actions and on-prem runners.
