I have been working as an e-learning specialist for last 7 years and my skills are quite close to those required for this position. I am proficient in establishing training plans and preparing training courses outlines as well as in collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders in order to provide comprehensive training content. While employed at Lockheed Martin I was a member of a development team that created over 1000 online and instructor-led courses covering all aspects of military pilots training. My working tasks included instructional design and developing as well as acting as SME in the areas related to my scientific background. I am able to prepare, design, create and build the e-learning online training courses on all stages of development process: • Storyboarding • Instructional design • Modules development • Graphics design • Audio/Video/Interactive content creation • LMS360/Absorb administration and support. At Position Partners I worked as the only Instructional Designer and was responsible for the full cycle of eLearning courses creation. I built nearly a hundred training modules about advanced high-tech engineering and machinery, and they were successfully implemented for staff training. In my modules I implement various multimedia solutions including graphics, video and interactive elements using Adobe packages, Camtasia and Vyond.
