I am an Electrical Engineering graduate from California State University, Long Beach with a focus in Digital Signal Processing (DSP). My interests include audio technology (speakers, sound systems, and acoustic processing), speech recognition, and robotics. Through projects and coursework, I have developed hands-on experience applying DSP and system-level thinking to real-world problems. My work includes developing a fire-detection turret system, modifying wavelet-based compression algorithms in MATLAB, analyzing amplifier–loudspeaker interactions, building a Vietnamese speaker recognition system, and designing a 2-DOF robotic control system. I have a strong foundation in FFT/DFT, FIR/IIR filters, spectral processing, and audio feature extraction, and I use MATLAB, Python, and C/C++ to design and implement DSP solutions. I also bring leadership and teamwork experience from engineering projects, operation lead roles (since 2018), and leading organized basketball programs (since 2016), where I developed effective communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and team management skills. I am seeking opportunities in DSP, audio technology, speech processing, and robotics where I can contribute to building high-quality, user-focused systems and continue growing as an engineer.
