I designed a comprehensive Venue Management & Booking application aimed at simplifying how users discover, compare, and reserve venues for events, while enabling venue owners to efficiently manage their spaces.
The platform allows users to browse venues based on location, capacity, pricing, and amenities, with a seamless booking flow that reduces friction and decision time. On the other side, venue managers are provided with a powerful dashboard to handle bookings, availability, pricing, and customer interactions in real-time.
My focus was on creating a balanced two-sided experience—ensuring ease of use for customers while maintaining operational clarity for venue owners. I prioritized intuitive navigation, transparent information architecture, and a streamlined booking journey to improve conversion and user satisfaction.
Through this project, I explored challenges like availability conflicts, trust-building through visuals and reviews, and reducing drop-offs during booking, ultimately crafting a scalable and user-centric solution.
