This is a girl I call, "Kappica." It's based on Pico from F-Zero and was meant to be used for a project but that was scrapped. I wanted to base the style on a pixiv artist. I can see the problem with the picture- some of it may seem to exaggerated or too perverted but I think it works for this picture.
