This project is a comprehensive QA Automation Portfolio designed to showcase my ability to build and execute automated testing frameworks across multiple layers of software quality assurance: UI, API, and Database testing. It brings together the main competencies I developed as a Junior QA Automation Engineer and during my SDET training, with the goal of providing a complete picture of my technical skills and testing mindset.
In the UI Automation (TryCloud) project, I developed robust Selenium WebDriver scripts integrated with Cucumber BDD and JUnit, focusing on cross-browser execution, parallel test runs, and detailed reporting. CI/CD pipelines were configured using Maven and Jenkins, simulating a production-style environment where automated tests run continuously to validate core functionalities.
The API Automation (LibraryApp) project highlights my ability to test services and endpoints with Rest Assured. I implemented token-based authentication, schema validation, serialization and deserialization, and end-to-end request/response testing. Business rules and data integrity were validated with JUnit assertions, and Cucumber feature files made the test design readable and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
Finally, in the Database Automation (LibraryApp) project, I worked with SQL and JDBC to validate backend consistency, check referential integrity, and ensure the correctness of data flowing between application layers. This demonstrated my capacity to connect automation with underlying data models, making sure that test coverage extended beyond the UI and API levels.
