I am primarily a writer and a poet; I am also an actress, a voice over actor, and an inventor. I love working in collaborative groups, as well as by myself. I have worked in the field of education / social work and non-profits. My talent for communication and ability to connect will all types of people has led me to work with teens from low income communities, creating conversations and a performance troupe to bring awareness to issues of racism and diversity. I have worked with adults with developmental disabilities, kids of all ages, and the elderly in hospice. I have numerous creative projects of my own which I intend to bring to fruition, from a memoir to a screenplay to graphic novels to a small business. I have begun my own clothing line, and having struggled myself with addiction to Benzodiazepines (specifically klonopin), I am in the process of creating Benzo Anonymous, following in the 12 step tradition. I have studied Tibetan Buddhism since traveling to Nepal in 1999. I was born in the celebrity center of Scientology, on Hollywood Blvd - my parents left shortly after I was born, but I sure do have some interesting stories. I was a gymnast, still a dancer and a painter. In most all of my endeavors I find myself attempting to uplift humanity and encouraging freedom, mental and spiritual freedom, as well as physical freedom (learning about medicine and medicinal herbs have become a hobby), and finally, psychic freedom - I love the ocean, the sun and moon, mountains and desert, the wind…….the elements of nature are my muse, and I am honored to be a vehicle for positive transformation through words and other forms of art.
