This included designing and launching a new, faster website with improved navigation and user experience tailored to industries such as food production, manufacturing, water and utilities, and construction. The strategy also focused on increasing visibility and engagement on LinkedIn, streamlining marketing efforts across sectors, and positioning Cobra as a thought leader through media outreach and industry publications. The result was consistent online engagement, improved website traffic, and strengthened market positioning.     Project: Strategic Marketing & Lead Generation for Flourish in Mind Flourish in Mind, founded by Jen Rawlinson in 2018, supports workplace wellbeing by helping line managers better understand mental health. I worked closely with Jen to develop a suite of brand-aligned lead generation assets, including a whitepaper titled The Four Branches to Wellbeing, a workplace wellbeing review, and a strategic campaign plan. These tools were designed to reflect the business’s voice and values while driving measurable engagement. The campaign plan covered PR, landing pages, emails, events, case studies, and social media prompts—giving Jen a clear roadmap to confidently execute her own marketing. I partnered with Cloud Nexus to develop a tailored marketing strategy aligned with their business vision, goals, values, and target industries. Working closely with their apprentice, I provided mentoring and monthly reviews to embed a cycle of action, analysis, and refinement.
