    Moodlet is a wellness companion app that leverages AI to encourage participants to check-in with themselves more intentionally and frequently. Users can add a new thought, and receive a thought analysis processed by AI that includes a sentiment score and brief summary, gentle actionable suggestions, and thought reframing to help rewire negative thought patterns. The components of the AI analysis were informed by findings from rapid UX research we conducted. This project was completed in a team of 3 within 24 hours at nwHacks 2026, Western Canada’s largest hackathon.
