Shipra Gupta

I am a mobile app developer with 5+ years of experience building scalable, secure, and user-focused applications across Android platforms. My core expertise lies in Kotlin-based development using modern architectures like MVVM, along with tools such as Jetpack Compose, Hilt, Coroutines, Flow, and Room to deliver clean, maintainable, and high-performance apps.

Beyond traditional Android development, I specialize in turning complex product ideas into fully functional, launch-ready applications. I’ve worked on end-to-end app development—from structuring backend integrations and APIs to crafting intuitive user experiences—making me well-equipped to handle projects that require both technical execution and product thinking.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge development with real-world business needs. I have hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless data handling—skills directly aligned with building platforms like a merchant directory with payment functionality and external integrations. I am also highly detail-oriented when it comes to implementing legal/compliance requirements and preparing apps for production launch.

In addition to development, I understand the importance of go-to-market execution. I’ve collaborated on content-driven launches, working alongside design and marketing teams to ensure apps are not only functional but also positioned for user growth and engagement.

I thrive in fast-paced environments and am comfortable delivering high-quality results within tight timelines, including sprint-based projects like this 2-week launch. My approach is proactive, communicative, and focused on delivering tangible outcomes that align with client goals.

If you are looking for someone who can take ownership of both the technical build and the launch readiness of your app, I bring the experience and mindset to make it happen.
