Technical lead at Kiebidz — a B2B SaaS automating document processing for German tax firms — owning self-hosted infra, observability, and GDPR compliance. Built and operated self-hosted infra: nginx + docker-gen with TLS, multi-tenant Keycloak OIDC, multi-tenant PostgreSQL (RLS), Redis, Milvus, and self-hosted GitHub Actions runners on European VPS. Implemented CI/CD with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; set up Grafana dashboards, self-hosted Sentry, and structured logging with structlog. Enforced GDPR controls: PostgreSQL RLS, field-level encryption, data-rights endpoints, RAM-only secrets via Infisical; all LLM inference hosted in EU (OVH). Supported async OCR → Milvus embeddings → LLM classification pipeline.

Built a full RAG pipeline using OpenAI, Qdrant, and Azure SQL including prompt processing and citation extraction. Designed APIs, implemented Azure DevOps CI/CD, and containerized services with Docker for multi-environment deployment. Developed full stack services 'essecifai' and 'IRO Generator', two Azure-hosted AI platforms focused on ESG report automation.

Built ESG-reporting AI platforms for Consileon and Sustainserv — two branded instances generating IROs from corporate documents via Azure AI Search + Blob Storage (RAG) and OpenAI, with Azure AD authentication and a React UI exporting to Excel. Oversaw Docker containerisation and Azure deployment (App Service, Container Registry) with Azure DevOps CI/CD across dev, staging, and production. Analyzed Azure resource costs across environments to optimise cloud spending.
