This engagement focused on a digital transformation project intended to streamline the service delivery to deliver on a customer relationship management platform and online customer portal towards the delivery of personalised, seamless multi-channel experiences. As the customer experience specialist championing the value of human centred design practices, I have led collaborations with various stakeholders, co-designed and visualized over 280 complex services that have inspired systemic improvements. Additionally, I have orchestrated multi-channel experiences that balances user needs, technology limitations, financial constraints, policy realities and change behaviour. This program of work has been shortlisted in becoming a finalist in the MAV technology awards for excellence that celebrates the use of innovation technology solutions within local government.
