I am a Bohemian poet. Cut from a cloth of distant divinity and West African ingenuity- with a child's spirit, a long line of barton, passed, got me the responsibility to do what I do [which is to write/create]. I've curated poetry stages in festivals like @afropolis [lagos] and lagos fringe. Most importantly for me is my experience in collaboration. I've been privilege to work with [as a poet/performance poet] dancers, music producers, chanters, percussionists, choreographers, musicians, fire breathers and so on, on the same project. My ancestry of West Africa allows me the opportunity to approach creativity organically. For me, Art is the medium, the goal and the messiah of us.
