    Full 2D Art Pipeline for Educational Game

    Proud to showcase my very first game project from my time as an intern! I handled the entire 2D art production for a language-learning mobile game commissioned by The Saami Parliament (Saamelaiskäräjät), tailored for Saami children in immersion language nests (kielipesä). I drew every single asset in Adobe Photoshop from the initial concept phase all the way to the final game, creating child-friendly and purposeful visuals. Beyond the artwork, my role involved optimizing and preparing all assets for the animation pipeline. I also worked closely with the client to align on the game’s educational content, themes, and visual identity to bring their vision to life perfectly.

    Game Design, Art & Testing for Time Wars!

    For the mobile title Time Wars!, I contributed to both the visual and mechanical sides of the project. I was heavily involved in level design, building the stages in Unity 3D for optimal player engagement. On the artistic side, I integrated pre-made asset packs and UI components, modifying them to fit the game’s aesthetic, while also creating select custom 3D models from scratch, such as the game’s “Boss” characters. Additionally, I personally created the game’s app icon in Photoshop, participated in the initial ideation phases, and conducted thorough gameplay testing to help refine the final product.

    2D Game Art for "Messy Meals"

    I contributed as a 2D Game Artist for the mobile title Messy Meals. My main responsibilities included designing and creating the kitchen-themed background environments (such as the tiled walls, counters, and appliances). Working collaboratively with another artist, I also illustrated a variety of the dynamic food elements and assets used in the gameplay.

    2D Art Production & Unity Management – Fisherman 2

    For the casual mobile title Fisherman 2, I served as the sole Game Artist, managing everything from initial concepts and testing to the final asset delivery. The game’s visuals utilize a hybrid workflow: I directed the AI-driven asset generation using Midjourney, which I then extensively edited and combined with my own hand-drawn art in Photoshop. To prepare the game for animation, I sliced and configured the assets for Unity 3D. Beyond the visuals, I took charge of project management by organizing and optimizing the Unity project files and folder hierarchy to ensure maximum performance and clean workflow.
