The objective was to reduce Cost per Purchase (CPP), improve CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and increase overall ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Challenge Rising ad costs across Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads. Inconsistent Cost per Purchase (CPP) and need to improve CPA benchmarks. Limited bandwidth to create short-form content (reels, videos, creatives, ad copy) at scale. Maintaining budget efficiency while scaling campaigns in competitive paid media environments. Strategy 1. AI-Powered Content Generation Deployed AI tools for ad copywriting and creative testing. Automated short-form video (Reels, TikTok) production to generate multiple ad variations. Increased testing velocity across audiences with dynamic creative optimization. 2. Content Automation & Media Buying Efficiency Built an automated content calendar for ad scheduling and delivery. Implemented rules-based automation in Ads Manager for campaign optimization. Reallocated budgets from underperforming ad sets into high-ROAS campaigns. 3. Data-Driven Campaign Optimization Monitored ROAS, CPA, and CPP daily within Facebook Ads Manager.
