Designed and implemented multiple backend microservices using Go, Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js; built an API Gateway with load balancing, Redis caching, RabbitMQ messaging, Docker containerization, and PostgreSQL for scalable notification distribution; developed a real-time country currency exchange API with country lookup and conversion endpoints; created an AI-powered certificate generation microservice integrating Telex; gained hands-on experience in microservice architecture, Swagger API documentation, cloud deployment, and collaborative software development.

Learned and applied programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build functional projects, including a to-do list web application. Gained practical exposure to CCTV and camera setup, expanding knowledge in ICT hardware installation and configuration. Supported activities related to the buying, selling, and importation of gadgets, gaining insights into ICT product sourcing and distribution. Collaborated with colleagues and mentors, building strong teamwork and professional networking skills.

Assisted in updating and maintaining the ministry’s official website to ensure accessibility and up-to-date information. Supported daily ICT operations, including maintaining office network infrastructure to minimize downtime. Installed and configured new computer systems while troubleshooting and repairing faulty hardware/software issues. Provided technical support to staff, ensuring smooth operation of office ICT tools and resources.
