I am a published poet and writer with a PhD in Creative and Critical Writing from the University of East Anglia. I tutor English and Creative Writing for secondary school and college students, planning and delivering lessons online and in person. I am DBS-certified with safeguarding and Prevent training, and I specialise in supporting students who cannot attend school full-time, neurodivergent learners, looked-after children, and those with behavioural challenges. I have excellent editing skills, an eye for detail, an excellent command of the English language, and strong skills in verbal and written communication.
My work spans academia, theatre publicity, and publishing. I have curated archival research for the British Archive for Contemporary Writing, edited student journalism at Concrete, and led public-facing communications for Chapterhouse Theatre Company. I also write and publish poetry, with a debut collection and forthcoming work with Broken Sleep Books; I enjoy politics, contemporary music, and music journalism.
