Independent consultant developing BLE wearable devices and mobile applications. Led end-to-end solutions including software libraries, device firmware, and applications. Served as CTO for BabyBit (bluetooth-connected baby monitor), Pulse Patch (one-time-use wearables for heart-rate and SpO2), and Biostrap wearables. Designed hardware, firmware, and Bluetooth interfaces; authored iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) libraries; built Linux libraries for devices from Raspberry Pi Zero-W to PCs; contributed to FDA-regulated workflows and multiple white-label partnerships. Also developed the iOS Bluetooth library for Apollo Neuro to improve connectivity and multi-device support, and built iOS/Android libraries for ICON to integrate with React Native apps and support numerous health devices and FDA-required security for HGH injector control.
Chip Design and Architecture at Intel Corporation

Led design and architecture of I/O hub chips and related subsystems during PC/laptop transition from PCI to PCI-Express. Subject matter expert for legacy I/O including serial/parallel ports, 8237 DMA, 8254 timers, and 8259 interrupt controller. Implemented faster BM-IDE protocols; contributed to USB, 1394, PCI-X/PCIe specifications; served as Intel representative in IEEE committees and collaborated with Microsoft on driver interfaces. Co-founded a group through Intel’s VC fund that evolved into the Poulsbo project (low-power chipset/CPU). Pioneered wireless display architectures (WiDi/Miracast) and WiGig, and owned HDMI/Audio integration as CPUs evolved. Final work involved USB-C alternate mode integration into Intel CPUs.
