Led the resolution of high-impact customer issues during the initial commercial launch of 5G, coordinating with cross-functional teams under high pressure and delivering fixes within SLA commitments. Also designed and developed a build system for C/C++ in Python and Java; managed a cross-functional taskforce to integrate the build system for a next-generation 5G baseband DSP chip (garden leave 2023-09 to 2024-05).
