Under the pseudonym Anytha, Cristina Battocchio, a singer and writer since 2009, featured in the Encyclopedia of Contemporary Italian Poets (Aletti Editore), has participated in and won awards at various international singing contests and literary competitions. She writes across multiple genres, including journalistic chronicles, narrative fiction, and music. In 2012, her book "VITA CERCASI" was selected for publication by Biemme Editore. Deeply committed to social causes, since 2015, Cristina Battocchio has organized charitable events, notably creating "MUSICASOLIDAle," a concert event to raise funds for cancer research. In 2016, the Bassano-based writer and singer met vocal coach Cheryl Porter, who greatly inspired her. That same year, she was awarded for a jazz piece at one of Porter's masterclasses.
