Helped pioneer Ortho—a custom-built voice AI solution for auto mechanics. Focused on multimodal designs that seamlessly shift between touch interface and voice interface. Honed my skills centering on conversational user experience design— voice user interface documentation, scripting, state machine diagrams and flowcharts, and intent/utterance NLP models.

Principle designer for mobile app and desktop experiences centered around addiction recovery. Increased retention, and community engagement by focusing design evolution on user feedback, needs, and motivation. Aided user’s understanding of their recovery journey by bringing a clearer narrative into how they view their data. Gained new skills such as motion graphics to bring an added sense of polish throughout the product.
