Developed an AI Chatbot and did internal AI Automation which was integrated with the CRM. The tool extracts structured data from internal knowledge base, and then provides assistance to people based on their need. Integrated seamlessly with CRM. This chatbot was used as a Plugin additional to the existing Slack Channel and GHL CRM system. Designed for performance across web and mobile, ensuring scalability and ease of use.
