I began my career with a commercial apprenticeship in a real estate agency, where I gained experience across several departments and obtained my Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Commercial Employee.
After completing my apprenticeship, I worked for one year as a Rental Assistant, managing an independent rental portfolio of approximately 120 buildings. I was fully responsible for lettings, tenant relations, and day-to-day rental management.
I then moved to Australia to improve my English, gaining international exposure and developing strong adaptability skills in a new professional and cultural environment.
Upon returning to Switzerland, I joined Livit SA Real Estate Management, where I worked for four years managing a large portfolio of properties. My role covered both rental and technical management, including on-site appointments, property inspections, and handovers.
Following this experience, I spent four months traveling across Southeast Asia, where I immersed myself in different cultures. This period strengthened my autonomy, flexibility, intercultural communication, and problem-solving skills.
I then joined Cogestim, a real estate agency based in Lausanne, where I focused exclusively on rental management with my own portfolio. My responsibilities included property viewings, tenant and owner relations, move-ins and move-outs, lease administration, and overall rental coordination.
To further expand my skill set, I completed a certification in Digital Marketing and Social Media, allowing me to combine my real estate expertise with modern communication and online marketing strategies.
