Pink Floyd´s The Wall / Illustration 1st prize2000

In the year 2000, twenty years after the release of Pink Floyd’s The Wall, Roger Waters was touring Mexico. At the time, a well-known radio station launched an illustration contest inspired by The Wall. The winners were announced live on air, and when they reached first place, the phone in my father’s office rang. My entire family and I were gathered there when we received the wonderful news. To this day, I still treasure a bass guitar autographed by Roger Waters, an artist I deeply admire as musician.
