Led a small backend/web team and built greenfield cloud/network infrastructure with IAM, GitOps, Notion/JIRA triggers, env isolation, blue-green deploys, and backups. Shipped high-performance apps on Bun/SvelteKit/SQL/AWS and ran zero-downtime Firebase -> AWS migrations. Created internal codegen (incl. a Swift client for tRPC, later open-sourced). Solved hard problems like fintech-grade end-to-end encryption and a self-hosted 4k60 video encoding/editing pipeline.
