As a Marketing Designer I have to develop a creative role and combine marketing strategies with design expertise to develop visually captivating and persuasive materials. This role involves crafting compelling designs that effectively communicate a brand’s message to its target audience.

My primary responsibility is to collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and create various marketing materials. These materials may include digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, outdoors, books, merchandise and more. By leveraging my design skills, I enhance the visual appeal of these assets while ensuring they align with the brand’s guidelines and maintain consistency.

Most of the campaigns developed are multi-media campaigns. A multimedia campaign is a comprehensive and integrated marketing initiative that utilizes multiple media channels to deliver a unified message to a target audience. It involves the strategic use of various mediums such as television, radio, print, outdoor advertising, digital platforms, social media, and more to create a cohesive and impactful marketing campaign. During my contribution I had the pleasure of contributing to the SuperBrands contest. It is about creating a cover that is differentiating and appealing.

In collaboration with large event and branding agencies, I also helped with the accompaniment and decoration of various events. Like Rock In Rio 2022. As brand ambassador and consultant but also in the development of decoration pieces of the main Stand and of the Hospital of Rock created. The Design team supports all the areas that exist within Lusíadas Saúde. Despite being allocated to the Marketing and Communication department, there is recurrent communication with several departments. Within Marketing and Communication they also give support to all the Group’s Units. The departments described can make requests through the Unit Managers of the Units or direct requests.
