I have been working as a Senior Technology Lead for more than 10+ years in the development of Java / J2EE web based applications. So being a Fullstack engineer along with management role , I am comfortable in both Frontend and backend tech stacks(React Js , Java , Databases(sql, nosql ), cloud integrations). But , I am enjoying and love to code in Frontend from past 6 years , because its my new learning. I have Strong analytical and problem solving skills.I am known for being a detail-oriented, well-organized team player. I never miss deadlines, being a good communicator and additionally, I can juggle multiple tasks at once. I got appreciations for my professionalism and enthusiasm for the position I worked on. There is a long list like my passion about the new learnings , dig down deep into the concepts . I am really driven by results that is I like it when I have a concrete goal to meet, and enough time to figure out a strong strategy for accomplishing it. In my previous experience, our yearly goals were very aggressive, but I worked with my manager and the rest of my team to figure out a month-by-month strategy for meeting the year-end numbers. It was a real thrill to accomplish that. Moreover , with this experience under my belt, I am looking for an opportunity to take the next step in my career.
