Ruth Kingsbury

I’m a highly organized, multilingual Pilates professional with a strong background in elite Mat and Reformer instruction, built over decades of teaching and performance experience. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from private elite sessions to studio-based classes, and I’m passionate about helping people move well with safe, effective programming.

Alongside Pilates, I bring a creative edge from an arts education and professional performing background. I’ve also taught music and movement to children and infants, which has strengthened my communication, patience, and ability to tailor instruction to different ages and needs. I’m ready to deliver premium, client-focused sessions immediately—whether in English or Spanish.
