Designed and built WebRTC signaling servers in Node.js to handle over 1M concurrent voice and video sessions with adaptive bitrate for 3G/4G networks. Developed real-time chat and call microservices using Socket.io, supporting multi-party video rooms and live screen sharing. Created the StringeeX Agent Dashboard in Vue 3 for contact centers, featuring live queues, chat threads, and call controls. Implemented RabbitMQ queues for SMS retries, video recording and transcoding to AWS S3, and syncing agent status. Optimized MongoDB for storing chat history and user presence, reducing read latency and improving uptime.
