Led end-to-end technical strategy for multiple UE5-based animated series, delivering 70+ episodes. Designed character rigging systems and full real-time render pipelines; resolved major technical challenges for large-scale production. Performed hands-on work in rigging logic, facial control, tool scripting (Python/MEL), and rendering automation. Managed 13 internal staff and over 150 outsourced members.

Taught technical animation, 3D production, rigging, and audiovisual language (cinematic language) for animation. Shared and implemented Unreal Engine & Maya cinematic workflows for interdisciplinary stage productions combining projection, animation, and live performance. Supervised undergraduate thesis projects and graduation portfolios.

Taught character animation, short film production, technical rigging, and cinematic language. Mentored multiple award-winning student projects that achieved millions of views.
