Conduced competitive and target-user analyses for Women in Business events, evaluating product positioning, content tone, hashtag strategy, and visual design patterns for posters, storytelling, and high-performing posts. Assessed cross-cultural resonance for Chinese diaspora audiences, identifying themes like female empowerment and community support. Planned and produced event storytelling content, selecting typography, warm color palettes, and moments of group interaction, workshops, and pottery scenes. Built and managed the social media identity, posters, and promotional videos, growing the account from 2 to 600+ followers and generating thousands of views and hundreds of applicants.

Interaction Design Intern at Capgemini Guangzhou

Led user research and journey mapping for China Resources Sanjiu’s WeChat mini program. Identified pain points around concise, intuitive workflows and daily task reminders. Redesigned core features (medical records upload, questionnaires, points mall, video center, conferences, personal center) and produced high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. Created a new task-management feature that reduced average clicks from 2–3 to 1, improving doctors’ workflow by ~50%. Established a consistent visual system aligned with brand guidelines for the next-generation release and received Excellent Intern Award.
