𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: To eliminate operational bottlenecks in logistics, I architected a bespoke Laravel platform that centralizes the entire procurement lifecycle. The client struggled with fragmented workflows across disconnected emails and spreadsheets, leading to lost bids and pricing errors. I replaced this with a unified, audit-ready system that automates carrier communication and bid consolidation, reducing procurement time by 70% and enabling real-time decision-making.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:
• 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲: Engineered a custom dispatch system using Action Classes and Cron jobs to route complex cargo inquiries (multi-stop, multi-item) to targeted domestic and international carriers automatically.
• 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹 & 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Built a secure, public-facing interface for direct carrier bid submission, eliminating manual data entry. Integrated IMAP synchronization to automatically attach email replies to project threads.
• 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Implemented Google Maps API for real-time route calculation and distance metrics, providing managers with instant price-per-km benchmarks for optimal vendor selection.
• 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Designed a scalable MVC architecture with strict PHP 8.2 typing, Feature Testing (PHPUnit), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure stability and data security.
