𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗔𝗜 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: To modernize a manufacturing floor dependent on paper trails, I built a lightweight, high-performance web application tailored for rugged industrial environments. Unlike standard office software, this system needed to be touch-friendly, extremely fast, and accessible to workers on the line. I integrated physical hardware (RFID) with cloud AI to create a seamless bridge between machinery and digital tracking, resulting in a 40% increase in reporting accuracy.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:
• 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗥𝗙𝗜𝗗 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵): Developed a contactless authentication system allowing workers to log in instantly via RFID tags, eliminating keyboard friction and accommodating factory safety gear.
• 𝗔𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁: Engineered a custom AI Chatbot (OpenAI API) that digests technical manuals (e.g., Water/Air systems), allowing technicians to troubleshoot machinery issues via natural language directly on the floor.
• 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱: Built a Live Data Dashboard using vanilla JavaScript/AJAX for zero-latency updates, giving management an instant pulse on active work orders and production bottlenecks.
• 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Implemented a robust background system (Cron jobs & Shell scripts) that automatically generates and emails daily PDF/Word performance reports and handles off-site backups.
