    Concepting, designing, building, implementing the Tomoto app, a tablet based app created to facilitate the sport of roadbook navigation. It has been built using Flutter and Dart to facilitate full cross platform applications. A major challenge on this project has been the requirement to create a bespoke PDF editing tool, as the current solutions are too expensive or subscription based.

    A Kickstarter campaign was launched and successfully completed for the project.

    Technologies: Flutter and Dart for the overall app, Android and Java, iOS, Swift and Objective-C for native functionality where available Flutter libraries were lacking. The app has been developed with Clean Architecture and TDD in mind, and uses Riverpod for state management.

    The Blunik Evo app enables creation of stage data for use in navigation and regularity rallies, employing OCR and document scanning technologies.
    It also provides for the transfer of stage data over Bluetooth through the B-Connect peripheral to a compatible Blunik co-pilot device.

    The role involved the full lifecycle of development of the app, including requirements gathering, architecting, building, testing and distribution to the relevant app stores. Supabase was chosen for user sign up, authentication and persistent data storage.
