Involved in development of Track Access Management System (TAMS), which won Singapore's SBR Tech Excellence Award 2024 in Software (Transportation & Emerging Technology) category. Designed and implemented OutSystems-based solution that automated track access workflows for staff and contractors across Singapore's Downtown Line. Modernised legacy systems by migrating VB6, MS Access, and legacy .NET frameworks to C#, ASP.NET Core applications; designed and implemented REST APIs to integrate multiple internal systems. Self-learned Swift and independently developed two iOS applications for internal operational use. Collaborated with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams, performed code reviews, and mentored junior developers to maintain high code quality standards. Introduced deployment automation and continuous integration improvements, reducing release time and minimising production errors. Prepared detailed audit documentation and reported project progress to IT Manager.

Led a distributed Agile development team for a cloud-based HR software platform used by companies across Southeast Asia. Managed sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews; collaborated with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines; reviewed and approved AWS Lambda functions and deployment pipelines; monitored system performance using AWS CloudWatch and resolved issues to minimise downtime; coordinated with customer service and infrastructure teams to prioritise feature development; conducted training sessions for staff on new product features.

Contributed to the development of enterprise systems and modernization of legacy applications, including migration of VB6, MS Access, and legacy .NET to modern C# and ASP.NET Core; designed and implemented RESTful services to improve data flow between departments; collaborated with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products.
