Hi there, I’m Steve Whiteford—an experienced corporate trainer and consultant who has helped startups and Fortune 50 environments alike refine executive development and interpersonal communication. I design engaging programs, facilitate impactful workshops, and coach executives to achieve measurable behavioral changes. I’m comfortable working with front-line staff and C-level leaders, and I’m known for being flexible, direct, and results-driven.
I build learning experiences with strong client rapport, leadership development, and practical applications. I leverage EQ, 360 assessments, and a mix of tools (WebEx, SharePoint, Captivate) to deliver high-impact training and sustained performance improvements.
I have produced my own videos on Emotional Intelligence topics in which I am the trainer/host. I have an interest in doing podcasts.
I started my career as an actor. I graduated from Boston University’s acting program, worked in NYC and Los Angeles, and transitioned to a career in corporate training 25 years ago. I have recently dabbled in acting again by creating UGC spots and performing as a Standardized Patient for several local medical schools. I put my union memberships on hold about 15 years ago and have been doing non-union work since that time. I currently use Premier Pro and aShure M7 Microphone to produce auditions and training videos.
