Leading the detailed design of technical and professional training programmes for Aramco Downstream and developing company-wide rollout plans. Responsible for day-to-day management of multiple instructional design and development projects, including timelines, scope and deliverables. Establishing robust measurement and evaluation criteria for training effectiveness, overseeing analyses and implementing design adjustments as needed. Organising and delivering instructor briefings, instructor skills training and train-the-trainer events to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery across the organisation.

Collaborated with senior stakeholders across the PwC global network to design training programmes and territory rollout plans including ESG Upskilling, ESG Due Diligence, Climate Change, PwC Climate Badge, Salesforce: Get Started, SAP Signavio Go to Market, and AWS Go to Market. Managed project planning and execution of content, activities and resources. Led instructor briefings and train-the-trainer events; coordinated pilots; gathered program reviews and performance data to inform improvements; built relationships with senior members of the firm and internal services.

Led strategy and detailed design of executive development programmes, partnering with internal and external vendors to shape learning solutions. Leveraged digital platforms for virtual, mobile, micro- and nano-learning, simulations and branching e-learning, videos and animations. Managed event setup, content publishing and monitoring; coordinated curriculum administration and stakeholder engagement across PwC’s Global L&D network.
