I’m Samiya Pathak, a Senior Interior Designer with over a decade and a half of experience delivering residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors across India, Italy, and North America. I’ve led design teams on luxury residential, corporate, and hospitality projects, collaborating with Bhartiya City’s in-house teams and international firms, taking spaces from concept through construction documentation and handover. I currently work with Lux Manufacturing Group in North Vancouver, and I’ve previously held roles at Adidas India, Uppal Group, SPDS DLF, and Bharti City. Design, for me, is about thoughtful living spaces that balance program requirements, aesthetics, environmental considerations, and budget. My approach centers on space planning, 2D/3D development, finishes and FF&E selection, mood boards, and compelling proposals.
