Hello, I am writing to express my interest in the QA Engineer position. Over the past year, I have built a solid foundation in software testing and quality assurance, and I am highly motivated to continue developing my skills in a professional and collaborative environment. In my current role, I have been part of the CI/CD team, where I take responsibility for validating new features, supporting integrations, and ensuring stable functionality across the pipeline. Working in this environment allowed me to approach QA from both a technical and analytical perspective - reviewing logs, monitoring builds, and confirming that each change behaves correctly before moving forward. Collaborating with developers and following the integration process end-to-end has strengthened my ability to identify issues early, verify fixes, and contribute to overall product quality. Working daily with tools such as GitHub Actions, GitHub, Jenkins, and the Linux CLI has helped me develop strong investigative and debugging skills. These tools taught me how to analyze logs effectively, trace issues to their origin, and validate feature behavior in different stages of the pipeline. I also work with Visual Studio Code on a daily basis, where I manage branches, resolve merge conflicts, and support the integration workflow - experience that has helped me understand code structure and collaborate more efficiently with developers. As part of my ongoing QA responsibilities, I regularly design test cases, apply established testing techniques, and report defects clearly and systematically, which helps maintain reliable communication and consistent quality across the team. Using Grafana for regression validation gave me a clearer understanding of how test results align with actual system performance, while Jira has improved my ability to document defects, follow workflows, and maintain structured communication within the project. Alongside my practical experience, my training programs strengthened the theoretical side of my QA work. During my courses, I studied Postman and SQL, which helped me understand backend testing, data validation and API behavior. These additional skills support my daily tasks and help me approach testing with a broader and more complete QA perspective. I genuinely enjoy the investigative nature of QA - analyzing behavior, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring that each release delivers a smooth experience. I am proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to continue growing in a QA-focused environment. Thank you for considering my application. I would like to discuss how my experience and passion for quality can contribute to your team. Kind regards, Simona Stoyanova

Hello,

I am writing to express my interest in the QA Engineer position.
