I started my career at Stryker Corporation as an in-house graphic designer, where I built an in-house agency and eventually became Director of Corporate Communications. When growth plateaued, I moved to Denver to lead marketing at BGS Medical (a Nucleus company), where I was promoted to Director of Global Marketing for the entire Nucleus Group (Ausonics, Medtel, Cochlear and Telectronics) within six months. To learn the outside-agency business, I joined Falcone and Associates in New Jersey, later opening Falcone West in Denver and building that business until it was acquired by Strategic Medical Communications. In the acquiring company I served as Senior VP of Creative Services.
