Hi, I’m Inji El Charkawi, a corporate lawyer based in Cairo, currently serving as an Associate at Zulficar & Partners. I help local and international clients navigate day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, structure transactions, and advise on ESOP programs, SPAs, and SHAs. My work also includes advising on data protection considerations for global clients and assisting startups and multinational companies to establish a presence in Egypt. I hold Master’s degrees in Fundamental Private Law from Université de Montpellier and in International and European Business Law from Université Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne, along with a Bachelor’s degree in French Law and a Bachelor’s in Egyptian Law. I’ve gained practical experience through internships at leading international firms and the French press, and I’ve participated in arbitration moot competitions and various law-focused activities. I’m fluent in Arabic and English, with working knowledge of Spanish, and I enjoy reading poetry and engaging in legal writing.
