Danyal Shahid

As a Senior Backend and AI Solutions Engineer, I’m currently leading the backend and AI integration efforts at The General Solutions in Dubai. I specialize in building cloud-native backend systems and scalable microservice architectures. My recent work includes developing a GenAI-powered automation suite and real estate intelligence platform, leveraging the power of LLMs, vector databases, and cloud services to drive automation and business insight.

Over the past 7+ years, I’ve engineered robust systems using Node.js, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and AWS services like Lambda and Fargate. I’ve also delivered real-time APIs using GraphQL, gRPC, and optimized performance through smart caching and database design. My recent experience includes building GenAI tools using LangChain, Pinecone, HuggingFace, and OpenAI APIs—positioning me strongly for the future of AI-augmented systems.

I’ve successfully led and collaborated with cross-functional teams, ensured consistent on-time delivery, and maintained the highest standards in scalable architecture and backend design. A quick learner and agile team player, I’m now looking to bring my skills to a fast-paced, product-driven team that values innovation, AI adoption, and engineering excellence.
