I explore spatial audio, immersive sound environments, and the intersection of cognition and music, blending acoustic materials with electronics and Max/MSP programming to create expressive, experiment-driven works. My background spans multi-channel recording, 3D sound design, and broadcast production, with experience across commissions, residencies, and education. I’m passionate about collaborative creation, mentoring, and sharing knowledge through teaching and public projects. Beyond composition and engineering, I have taught multimedia sound recording and design at institutions in China and Canada, mentored junior engineers, and participated in international festivals and workshops.
