My background spans quality management, compliance, governance, and vocational education. That means I don’t just design learning; I understand the systems behind it, the risks, the regulators, and the operational realities. I’m direct, pragmatic, and focused on outcomes. No fluff, no over-engineering. I’m strong at breaking down complexity, building structure, and supporting people to do the right thing confidently. I communicate easily with frontline teams, subject matter experts, and senior leaders, and I work just as effectively in independent contexts as part of a team.
