I'm Landis Chisenhall, a lifelong musician and sound professional based in San Antonio. I picked up my first drum sticks at age three, began playing in bands by sixteen, and hit the road touring by twenty-two. My passion for recording grew in parallel with performing, leading me to the Sound Recording Technology program at Texas State. After graduating in 2015, I built Cibolo Studios, designed with guidance from mentors like Chet Himes and hosting artists such as Christopher Cross, Eric Johnson, and Van Wilks. The studio features a strong analog signal chain, including an SSL G+ console, and I later expanded into live video performances during COVID with a dedicated video team. Over the last few years I have done recording and mixing For cartoons, audio books and short films as well as music performance. Music is my life, and I work as a drummer, audio engineer, and studio owner to make my living doing what I love.
