Co-founded GoCaptain to improve client-photographer matching; conducted 20+ customer interviews, built wireframes, and refined user fit. Established project governance, budgets and timelines, collaborated with production, procurement and tooling, and presented process improvement recommendations to senior leadership, securing approval to advance the project to an implementable phase.

Led Aerostructures activities and two production-improvement initiatives for the APU and cargo on the A220 assembly line; identified bottlenecks, performed SAP data analysis and stakeholder interviews, conducted risk assessments and interdependency analyses using a critical-path approach to align process changes with current operations.
