Supervising and leading warehouse teams (8-14 workers), ensuring efficiency in order preparation. Stock control and replenishment. Overseeing the receipt of goods, recording in the system, and verifying against invoices and delivery notes. Managing and dispatching orders (250-400 daily). Assessing and actively monitoring staff performance. Other duties: Reporting and resolving system issues in constant communication with the IT department in Germany (in English). Acting as a backup for the Stock Manager: verifying stock using Slim4 and placing orders with suppliers.

Planning orders generated by the commercial department and checking available stock through an ERP system. Organizing work teams (8-12 employees): assigning tasks for assembly with existing materials or production with machinery. Managing purchases and receiving external materials. Dispatching and recording outgoing orders. Developing and implementing warehouse optimization and stock control procedures. Overseeing storage, handling of goods, and workplace safety.

Recording and editing military videos. Managing and registering the historical video archive of the General Military Academy. Performing military-related activities.
