After more than 20 years with BT Group, where I specialised in commission design, analysis, and governance, I made the decision to take voluntary redundancy at the end of 2024 to explore a new chapter. Over the past year, I have taken on the role of General Manager at The Faulkner Bar & Restaurant, where I have been responsible for operations, finance, and marketing. While this experience has allowed me to further develop my leadership, organisational, and customer service skills, I have realised that my strengths, and passion lie within structured, analytical, and administrative environments. I am also finding 45 hours on my feet a bit of a challenge so find the work/life balance in an admin role more attractive.
I am organised, driven, and people-focused, with a proven history of streamlining processes, improving compliance, and increasing efficiency.
