Designed OCAD U’s first administrative analytics system, consolidating over 119 fragmented reports into 3 dynamic Power BI dashboards to improve institutional decision-making with real-time, self-service access to data. Created onboarding guides, technical documentation, and walkthroughs to support non-technical stakeholders in using Power BI dashboards, integrated into Teams for cross-unit adoption. Facilitated over 15 staff interviews and feedback sessions, led workshops and co-design events for portal redesign and AI-driven tool integration (e.g., ChatGPT-powered student support). Contributed to the redesign of myOCADU student portal, transitioning from nested SharePoint menus to card-based navigation within the Ellucian Experience platform. Conducted UX audits and rebuilt the accelerator’s WordPress platform using Figma prototypes informed by personas and journey maps. Reorganized content structure and redesigned site navigation to align with founder needs, increasing engagement and conversion by 40%. Co-authored a founder feature published in Forbes and produced multimedia content for digital storytelling across platforms. Designed and rebuilt the main Reviewer.ly page, migrating it from a static WordPress page to a React build that explains the products, supports demos, and turns complex info into a clear story for new users. Defined the page structure and wrote clear, scannable copy so researchers and publishing teams can quickly understand each tool and find the right demo. Created reusable UI components that kept the site consistent as new product pages and sections were added.
